Refund policy

 

deWiz Golf has a 14-day return policy, starting when the product is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in like new condition, and in the original packaging with all original labels attached. To receive a full refund the deWiz and charging cable must be included in your return.

The shipping cost for returning the product is born by you as the customer. ‎

Some items are not eligible for returns, including: 

Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Sale items.


Receipt or Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received and accepted (or rejected) your return.

If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Some refunds may take until your next billing cycle to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges

Normally, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged for reasons not due to your error or misuse. However, there might be other situations where a request for exchange could be accepted.  If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at: support@dewizgolf.com and explain your problem. We will do our best to help you solve the situation. Do not send the product to us unless invited to do so.

Return Process

If above guidelines have been met, please contact us at support@dewizgolf.com with your name, e-mail address and order confirmation number.

After contacting us we will send you the return address, and you may use a carrier of your choosing. We recommend that you use a tracked service and keep your return tracking number for reference. Sending your tracking number to support@dewizgolf.com is highly recommended to ensure you meet our 14-day return policy. To meet this policy, you must apply for your return by Day 14.

Warranty Policy

12 Month Warranty

At deWiz, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. As part of this commitment, we offer a 12-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Scope of Warranty

Eligibility: The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase must be presented to validate the warranty.

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
  • Accidents or unauthorized modifications
  • Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., extreme heat, cold, moisture)

Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@dewizgolf.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the defect
  • Photographs or other supporting documentation
  • Our team will guide you through the return process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Inspection and Resolution

Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect the item to verify the defect. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or a refund of the original purchase price.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover products that have been repaired or modified by unauthorized persons. Any attempt to open or tamper with the product will void the warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our product.
